Hello Alexandru. In watching your take off attempts, I think that the reason that the nose ski keeps 'burying' itself in the snow is because it seems too small. Anyone still flying their V-22 Osprey?
Replaced the landing gear on mine with UMX Citation landing gear, replaced the props, really love this plane, I wish Horizon still had some VTOLs.
