I recently was given an - in the box - Great Planes P-51D, that I am going to build. It calls for a .40 to .46 two cycle OR a .60 to .70 four cycle engine.
However, I am going to use an electric motor to power it.

Hey Jim, I am not aware of any options that we sell at Horizon Hobby. I would either suggest seeing if there are any used or old stock available on ebay or locally at your friendly local hobby shop. Otherwise... maybe it is time to upgrade to Spektrum 😉

Thank you very much for your reply. I have considered upgrading to Spektrum. I have nine planes that would need to be upgraded if I went to a Spektrum transmitter. Right now, in doing the math for a 6 channel transmitter and 9 receivers, upgrading is not in my price range.
