I couldn’t resist the sale (damn you HH and your sales! 😅) and got myself a Habu STS.
Only after ordering it, I realized it’s the 4S one.
Reading about the ESC and other specs, the seem very comparable with the Habu SS.
My question is, can you fly the STS with a 6S cell? Has anyone done so?

The STS 70mm is 3-4S only, for 6S excitement you'll need to get the SS version. It's an incredible model, I like it with the landing gear removed and a 6S 3200mAh battery towards the back of the compartment.

The motors are different Kv also (3200 vs 2400). You could swap the motor, except that the SS airframe has reinforcement to handle the additional power of 6S operation.

Let me know how it works if you swap the motor out. I also have a STS but even on 4S it just seems so underpowered for me. I already crashed it trying to hand launch it so I'm thinking of swapping the motor and giving it a try.
